The fee for submitting a visa application is in accordance with the table of consular fees.

The payment is accepted only in cash.

The visa fee shall be waived for applicants belonging to one of the from the following categories:

• children under 6 years of age;
• pupils, students, doctoral students and accompanying teachers, who are travelling to study or participate in training;
• researchers from third countries travelling for research purposes as defined in Recommendation 2005/761/EC of the European Parliament and of the Parliament and of the Council of 28 September 2005 in order to facilitate the issuance of single short-stay visas for researchers from third countries travelling within the Community for the purpose of carrying out research(21);
• representatives of non-profit organisations under the age of 25 participating in the in seminars, conferences, sports, cultural and educational events organised by non-profit organisations;
• family members of EU/EEA and Swiss citizens.

Fee exemptions provided for in the Consular Law of 25 June 2015

Art. 113.

• There is no consular fee for a visa application from the family member of a citizen of the European Union within the meaning of Article 2(4) in conjunction with point 3 of the Act on of 14 July 2006 on entry into the territory of the Republic of Poland, residence and citizens of the Member States of the European Union and members of their Member States have left that territory (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 633).
• There is no consular fee for the visa application and fees for request for visa reconsideration (appeal) submitted by a spouse of a Polish national, his or her minor direct descendant or a minor direct descendant of his or her spouse, his or her direct ascendant or direct ascendant his or her spouse, if the ascendant or descendant is dependent on a Polish citizen or his wife.

Art. 114.

There is no consular fee for accepting and processing a visa application diplomatic or official activities.
