OOnly a policy issued by an insurance company based in the EU or listed insurance companies recommended for national visa are accepted by the Embassy of Poland in Manila.
If you provide insurance from a different company based in the Philippines, the policy will not be accepted.
The sum insured has to exceed 30.000 Euro.
The insurance policy shall be valid for Schengen area.
The policy must cover the entire period of the visa validity.
The choice of a particular health insurance is up to the Visa applicant.

Remark: Please notify the Embassy if you experience the following situations:
1. Your insurance company refuses to pay for medical expenses incurred in the Schengen area.
2. Your insurance company refuses to fully refund costs of insurance purchase in case of visa refusal upon presentation of official proof of rejection from the Embassy
