Announcement on the resumption of accepting visa applications to Poland at BLS Visa Application Center
We would like to kindly inform you that from 14.07.2025 visa applications to Poland should be submitted only at Polish BLS Visa Application Centers (VACs), which locations are following:
- 1. Metro Manila PPWW: 7th Floor (Dela Rosa Facing), 6780 Ayala Avenue Building, 6780 Ayala Avenue, Makati City, 1226, Manila, Philippines;
- 2. Cebu PPWW: Unit 707, Ayala Life FGU Center, Mindanao Avenue, corner Biliran Road, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City, 6000, Philippines.
From 14.07.2025, visa applications to Poland will not be accepted directly at the Embassy of Poland in Manila. Applications for reconsideration of the visa refusal decision that were submitted directly in the Embassy should be submitted at the Embassy.

The Embassy of Republic of Poland in Manila informs that since 1.06.2025, it is not possible to submit visa applications to Poland through an external service provider BLS.
Since 1.06.2025 you can apply for visa only in the Embassy of Republic of Poland in Manila after making the visa appointment at the ekonsulat only until further notice.

Persons who submitted visa applications via the BLS collect documents according to the previous rules.
Requests for reconsideration should be submitted directly to the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila on working days from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. To apply for a reconsideration, you do not need to register for an appointment in the online system.
