The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila cooperates only with the BLS International service provider.

The Embassy does not cooperate with intermediaries or agencies that offer their services, e.g. on the street, via websites, instant messaging. These entities do not have any access to our appointment system.

Don't pay any fees to these agencies! Persons who wish to submit a visa application are only required to pay the visa fee charged by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila in the amount of PHP 8141 (national visa) or PHP 5428 (Schengen visa) and the service fee paid to the BLS service provider in the amount of PHP 417. No additional processing fees are charged. If someone has demanded other fees from you for submitting your visa application, please notify your local law enforcement.

All applicants are advised to book their appointments promptly and ensure that all details provided are accurate. Any inaccuracies in the information provided, such as appointment type, applicant names, passport number, email address, and phone number, may lead to the refusal of the appointment.

The applicants are advised to submit the required originals of documents. Documents in the form of printouts, scans and copies will not be accepted. Lack of original documents may result in visa refusal.

Please be aware that appointment slots are limited and operate on a first-come, first-serve basis. Due to high demand, slots are typically filled within minutes of release, and once available online, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila and BLS have no control over the booking process.

Please be cautious of engaging third-party intermediaries for appointment bookings, as this exposes you to the risk of fraudulent activities. Neither the Embassy of Republic of Poland in Manila nor BLS will be held responsible for any issues arising from such transactions.
